exercises your glute medius is engaged and worked. Therefore, this

With the winter weather comes all the wetness and dirt that outside shoes track in......PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, take your shoes off! It will save your shoes and the floors, and others will not have to exercise in dirt and water. :)
